Tammy Knopjes

Tammy Knopjes is an experienced educator and pastry specialist. Currently serving as a Docent HBR at Compaen vmbo since October 2022, Tammy also runs TammyTaart!, a business established in January 2014, specializing in custom luxury decorated cakes for various events. Prior experience includes roles as Docent E&O at Trias VMBO from August 2010 to October 2022 and as a Docent Consumptieve Techniek, Horeca, and H&A at Sterrencollege Haarlem from August 2007 to July 2010. Tammy's early career included a position as a Banketbakker at V&D La Place Amsterdam from 2004 to February 2007. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in 2e graads docent consumptieve techniek from HvA, completed in 2007, and has qualifications in level 4 MKB Broode en banketbakker from MBO ROC Elandsstraat Amsterdam, as well as VBO Brood- en banketbakker from Hubertus vakschool.
