Mareen Tiedemann

Mareen Tiedemann is an accomplished project manager currently leading Floating Offshore Wind projects at Stiesdal since December 2022. Previously, Mareen served as an Industrial PhD student at Vestas from March 2017 to March 2022, focusing on the development of test methods for wind turbine blades, along with conducting structural analysis as an engineer. With a strong foundation in education and teaching roles at DTU Wind Energy and Technical University of Berlin, Mareen has also gathered extensive experience across various positions in wind engineering at Ramboll. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Wind Energy from DTU and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, complemented by a visiting PhD experience at the University of Bristol in experimental mechanics of composites.
