Gudula Merchert-Werhahn

Gudula Merchert-Werhahn is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Programmmanagerin for the 'Allianz für Lehrkräfte' in der Zukunftsmission Bildung at Stifterverband since February 2021, complemented by a role as Diversity and Inclusion Manager. Prior to this, Gudula Merchert-Werhahn undertook a social sabbatical at Sabbatical Break from August 2019 to January 2021, where support for social causes and skill-building were key focuses. Previous roles include Head of HR Europe at Dynavax Technologies and Sr HR Business Partner at GE Healthcare, with extensive experience at GE in various HR capacities.
