Monica Bettio

Monica Bettio has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Monica is currently working as the HR Manufacturing & Industrial Relations Director at STIGA since 2023. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager at NPE Srl from 2016 to 2023, where they were responsible for developing an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement and overseeing various HR processes. From 2007 to 2016, Monica worked as an HR Business Partner at De'Longhi Appliances Srl - De'Longhi Group, handling industrial and union relations. Monica started their career in 2004 as the Responsabile di Gestione e Selezione at ADECCO ITALIA SpA, where they were responsible for personnel management and selection. Before that, Monica worked as a Project Leader at Pubbliemme from 1998 to 2003, coordinating in-store promotion and marketing development projects.

Monica Bettio's education history includes obtaining a Master's degree in Law and Labor Practice from IPSOA Milano in 2010.
