Sarah Matthews

Sarah Matthews is an experienced supply chain and merchandise planner with a strong background in inventory management and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Planner at STIHL USA since September 2022, Sarah also holds the position of Director of Cash Management at Rooster Walk, having advanced from Assistant Director in 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Family Dollar where Sarah achieved significant sales improvements across multiple categories, including over $1.3 billion in annual sales for food merchandise. Earlier experience includes positions at Cato Corporation and Pilot Flying J, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in planning, analysis, and team leadership developed over more than a decade in the retail and restaurant industries. Sarah holds a BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
