Fernando Machia has worked as a Project Manager at Damha Urbanizadora from 2010 to 2014. Fernando oversaw all aspects of the building process, hired staff, evaluated progress, and ensured adherence to health and safety standards. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Multi Media LLC, where they started as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Customer Service Manager and Global Customer Service Director. In their role, they resolved customer issues via email, canceled or upgraded accounts, assisted with orders and refunds, verified identity, managed client profiles, compiled reports, and brought innovative ideas for the company. Fernando has several additional certifications, including Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP), ICH Good Clinical Practice, Good Clinical Practice, Clinical Research Associate Certification (CRA), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
