Dina Casalandra-Smith has over two decades of experience in the beauty industry. Dina began their career in 1997 as Sales Manager for Loreal, USA. In 2005, they moved to PUR as National Artist. Most recently, they have been working as Account Coordinator for Stila Cosmetics since 2010.

Dina Casalandra-Smith attended Penn State University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
