Cezar Costa

Cezar Costa has a diverse work experience in product management and consulting. Cezar is currently working as a Product Manager at Stilingue since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IMAP - Instituto Municipal de Administração Pública from 2018 to 2021, where they served as a Product Management Consultant in the area of municipal tax management. Cezar'sresponsibilities included software development, team management, and providing training to public servants. From 2007 to 2017, Cezar worked at the same organization as a Product Coordinator, overseeing the development and management of the SIAM - Sistema Integrado de Arrecadação Municipal. This tax management system was implemented in various municipalities, contributing to over R$1 billion in tax collection. Cezar also conducted training sessions for more than 300 public servants in the field of municipal tax management. Additionally, Cezar held positions such as Operations Coordinator, where they managed customer service teams and electronic official journals, and as a Diagrammer, responsible for designing electronic official journals and maintaining content on official websites.

Cezar Costa completed their Graduação degree in Sistemas de Informação from Universidade Salvador, starting in 2018 and finishing in 2021. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Pós Graduação in Gestão de Projetos at Universidade Estácio de Sá. In 2014 to 2015, Cezar completed a Curso Superior de Tecnologia in Processos Gerenciais at Universidade Salvador.
