Nayara Carvalho has a diverse work experience in various marketing and communication roles. Nayara is currently working at Stilingue as a Product Marketing manager, where they oversee product and marketing strategies, including campaign development, positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and customer value delivery. Nayara also manages social media teams and customer experience as the Head of Social Media at Gotcha! and has previously worked as a Senior Digital Communication Consultant at InPress Porter Novelli. Nayara has considerable experience in coordinating social media and content teams, strategic campaign planning, event production, influencer campaigns, and KPI management. Nayara Carvalho completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication Social with a focus on Journalism at Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 2007 to 2010. Nayara then pursued further education and completed a degree in Marketing and Digital Strategy at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, finishing in 2018. In the same year, they began their post-graduate studies in Psicopedagogy at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which is ongoing. In terms of language studies, Nayara attended ILAC to study English language and English literature. Before their higher education, they completed their high school education at Colégio Presbiteriano Mackenzie from 1993 to 2006.

Furthermore, Nayara Carvalho has obtained certifications in Branding Essencial from LAJE in May 2023.
