Mitch Paradise

Mitch Paradise is a Dallas based development partner at Stillwater Capital, where he is responsible for managing all phases of a project, including entitlements, land planning, incentives & abatements, estimating, design, construction, leasing and disposition.

Prior to joining Stillwater in March 2018, Paradise served as Vice President for Corgan Associates up until 2012, before deciding to found his own commercial real estate company, Paradise Development. Paradise brings over 20 years of multi-faceted experience across varied segments of commercial real estate to the company and has worked on a diverse mix of projects including office interiors, ground up office development, retail, industrial, and multi-family.
