Natalia Malek

Natalia Malek is a Development Manager, where she is responsible for leading Stillwater Capital efforts on all SFR (single-family rental) projects. She works closely with the key players at Stillwater Capital to successfully bring in these new developments across north Texas.

Prior to joining Stillwater in August 2021, Natalia started her career as a CPA and worked for one of the Big Four accounting firms in Dallas. After leaving public accounting, she moved into CRE, holding managerial roles in property/asset management, project underwriting, and acquisition and commercial development. She served as the Development Manager for Woodbine Development Corporation, a national real estate investment, development, and management company. Her experience ranges from renovation to ground-up development projects for almost all product types, with a focus on hospitality.
