Michele Cook

Michele Cook has extensive work experience, starting in 1998 as a recruiter at Aerotek Professional Services. Their last position at Aerotek was Director of Divisional Operations - Scientific, where they managed a team of 388 producers generating $100M per year. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at CACI International Inc as a Workforce Operations Executive, where they managed tactical, functional, and operational plans to maximize performance levels and bridge gaps in human capital. Michele currently works at Stillwater Human Capital LLC as VP Business Development & Marketing, where they have developed and executed a refreshed marketing and sales strategy and is overseeing business development strategies as the market continues to scale.
