Kaitlyn King currently serves as the 38 North Program Assistant at The Stimson Center, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Kaitlyn gained valuable experience as a Communications and Research Intern at the Korea Economic Institute of America from June 2022 to August 2023, and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the USC Korean Studies Institute, where research focused on South Korean soft power in international relations. Earlier roles include tutoring in statistics and serving as the International Political Economy Team Lead at the Security and Political Economy Lab at the University of Southern California, along with various research assistant positions on projects related to international organizations and U.S. foreign policy. Kaitlyn completed a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs at The George Washington University, following a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the University of Southern California and a study period at Yonsei University.
