Bryan Obara

Bryan Obara is a highly skilled Landscape Architect with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at STIMSON since November 2019. Prior roles include Associate positions at Stoss Landscape Urbanism and LeBlanc Jones Landscape Architects, where concept development and construction cost estimation were key responsibilities. As a Senior Associate at Rhodeside & Harwell Inc., Bryan managed multiple projects, overseeing construction administration and earning recognition for responsiveness. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Landscape Designer at Hodgson Douglas, where Bryan developed construction documents for significant transit projects, and as a Design Fellow at Nashville Civic Design Center, authoring influential publications. Bryan's foundational skills were further enhanced through teaching assistant roles at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and earlier private practice work focusing on environmentally innovative designs. Bryan holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers University.
