Mohan R Kaadige has extensive work experience in the field of biology and cancer research. Mohan R is currently serving as the Head of Biology at Stingray Therapeutics since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at TGen - Part of City of Hope as a Research Associate Professor from May 2017 to present and as a Research Assistant Professor from September 2017 to May 2022.

From 2016 to 2017, Mohan worked at the Clinical Trials Office and Center for Investigational Therapeutics, Huntsman Cancer Institute as a Research Associate. In this role, they collaborated with a translational team to develop targeted cancer therapies and directed biology at CIT.

Before that, Mohan held the position of Principal Scientist at Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. from January 2015 to April 2016. Here, they conducted pre-clinical discovery research, assisted with formulations and clinical testing of NSP products, and conducted a phase I study in human subjects.

From December 2011 to January 2015, Mohan worked as a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Oncological Sciences, Huntsman Cancer Institute, University of Utah. In this role, they investigated the regulatory relationship between the mTOR signaling pathway and MondoA-TXNIP axis and how it affects cancer cell metabolism.

Mohan started their career as a Post-doctoral fellow at Huntsman Cancer Institute in 2003, where they demonstrated how glutamine stimulates glucose uptake in cancer cells. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the National Center for Biological Sciences, India from 1997 to 1998, where they assisted in setting up a new laboratory and worked on kinesin motor proteins.

Later, they joined Wayne State University and earned a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, specializing in an undisclosed field of study, from 1998 to 2003.
