Susrutha Gongalla

Susrutha Gongalla is a seasoned machine learning engineer currently serving as Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Stitch Fix since April 2022, specializing in generating clothing purchase probabilities for personalized customer recommendations. Previously, Susrutha held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Glossier, Inc., where efforts focused on personalizing product recommendations across multiple customer channels. At Intuit, Susrutha advanced from Data Scientist Intern to Senior Data Scientist, Tech Lead, leading projects that applied AI for marketing efficiency and generating significant incremental revenue. Susrutha's experience includes developing NLP-powered solutions, contributing to academic courses at Carnegie Mellon, and formulating demand forecasting models at Tata Consultancy Services.
