Kanu Narang

Kanu Narang currently serves as the Global Lead for People Experience & Engagement at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited, a role initiated in September 2021. Kanu drives the People strategy and creates an employee experience framework that aligns with STL's culture and values. Prior to STL, Kanu was part of the Global Talent Enablement team at FIS, focusing on Talent and Performance Management. Kanu also held the position of Senior Manager-Corporate HR at Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., leading Talent Management processes and policy reforms. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Telenor India, managing comprehensive talent management strategies, and roles at Idea Cellular Ltd and Genpact India concentrated on Employee Life Cycle Management and recruitment. Kanu holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR) in Pune.
