Rahul Mishra

Rahul Mishra is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since September 2017, Rahul leads HR functions for the Cables and OI Business across four manufacturing plants in India. Previously, Rahul held the position of Senior Manager at National Steel & Agro Industries Ltd from February 2014 to August 2017, overseeing HR functions for both plants and the corporate office in Indore, and served as Manager HR at Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd from February 2010 to February 2014, achieving significant results in performance management and learning and development. Rahul's educational background includes a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, as well as a Master’s Degree in HR & Services Management and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
