Souradip Ghosh

Souradip Ghosh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and process engineering, currently serving as Deputy Manager Operations at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since February 2019. With a strong focus on Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean tools, Souradip drives systems improvement and operational excellence at the plant level. Previous roles include Associate Manager - Process Improvements, and Assistant Manager NPD/Process at TAB Quartz, where significant contributions were made to product development and quality control. Souradip has also held positions at Grasim Industries Limited and Sharp Mint Limited, showcasing expertise in process control, production planning, and various chemical engineering operations. Souradip holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala.
