Praty Sharma has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Praty began their career as an HR Generalist at Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. in 2004, where they were responsible for leading talent acquisition and recruitment processes, conducting employee on-boarding, and helping organize training and development initiatives. In 2007, Praty moved to Bechtel India Pvt. Ltd., where they became an HR Specialist. In this role, they partnered with management to conduct job evaluations, oversaw the realignment process of position responsibilities with job descriptions, and made recommendations for appropriate salary grades using external and internal data. Praty also monitored and evaluated existing benefit programs and conducted research on compensation plans. From 2010 to 2014, Praty volunteered at Cora Kelly Recreational Center and IASIS Healthcare at Pioneer Valley Hospital, Utah (US). In 2014, they joined STLogics as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In 2020, Praty became the Human Resources Manager at Skill Demand Energy (A STLogics Company), where they managed the Human Resources, Accounts, and Operations team totaling 7 full-time employees. Praty also consulted with business leaders to develop and execute business strategy to build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. Praty coached the team on encouraging and monitoring employee development, performance, retention, accounting procedures, and general admin operations.
Praty Sharma completed a 10+2 in Commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1997 and 1999. Praty then went on to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in IRPM from Rajendra Prasad Institute in 2002-2003. Following that, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2003 and 2005. Praty Sharma also has an additional certification from eCornell.
