Michael Ward has held various roles in the IT industry since 2006. From 2006-2011, they were an Applications Support Specialist at Newedge. From 2011-2015, they were a Network/System Administrator at Northern Cochise Community Hospital. From 2015-2016, they were the Director of IT at Continental Anesthesia. From 2016-2018, they were a Project Manager at Rush University Medical Center. From 2018-2021, they were the Owner of Integrity Tech Solutions, where they contracted IT service solutions geared towards small business owners and medical clinics, and was responsible for software solution investigation, negotiation with EMR vendor(s) and implementation within hospital/clinic environments. From 2018-2021, they were a Venue Applications Analyst/System Administration at Live Nation Entertainment, where they were a lead contributer to VAST team (Venue Application Support Team) and serviced POS system (Appetize) at venues and amphitheaters throughout the country. Since 2021, they have been an Operations Engineer at See The Matrix (STM Support) and a System Analyst at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, where they are responsible for Level 2 Technical Analyst/Operations Engineer troubleshooting a multitude of technical challenges within the hospital/healthcare environment, part of the team responsible for implementation of Cerner EMR system, and network support and administration of users, computers, network printers, and other network peripherals.

Michael Ward attended ITT Technical Institute from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Computer Networking Systems in the field of Information Technology.
