Eric McGovern

Eric McGovern’s career spans three decades and combines experience in strategic and tactical planning and development for the construction of many significant and complex projects.

Eric is a master builder with experience in all facets of building construction, having served in most capacities of a construction management team. His expertise includes multiple types of construction, renovation, and expansion, such as high-rise hotels, major office buildings, residential buildings, and aviation, educational, cultural and health care facilities.

Eric provides critical oversight on all Pavarini McGovern’s projects. He has led our construction management efforts on some notable large-scale, multi-building projects, including the Langham Place, New York, Fifth Avenue hotel (formerly The Setai Fifth Avenue Hotel and Residences at 400 Fifth Avenue), and a new, $240 million, 335,000sf, 62-story residential tower at 610 Lexington Avenue in New York City.
