Michał Orliński

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where responsibilities include supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha has focused on enhancing the software development landscape to make processes more dynamic and reliable. Previously held positions include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has also contributed as a board member and technical advisor at several organizations, including Share&Charge and the IIB Council. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies in Fintech at MIT.
