Katie Schottenstein Ullman

Katie Schottenstein Ullman is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Head of Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) Asset Management at Stockbridge since August 2019. In this role, Katie oversees a national portfolio of over 100 operating and development assets while monitoring industry trends within the evolving IOS market. Prior to Stockbridge, Katie was the Head of West Coast Multifamily Asset Management at PGIM Real Estate and held various positions at Madison International Realty, Tishman Speyer, Citigroup Equity Research, and JPMorgan Asset Management. Katie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School. Additionally, Katie served as a volunteer board member for Hudson River Park Peers, a non-profit organization.
