With an inspiring career history spanning more than 15 years, Charlotte Pascoe understands the importance of real estate agents receiving the right support in order to excel in their careers and unlock their true potential.

Having commenced her real estate career in 2002, Charlotte worked her way up from a receptionist to a property manager before then moving into a growth and business development role. Then going on to become a licensee of one of Hawthorn’s leading real estate offices.

Now, as an integral member of the corporate office, Charlotte’s mission is to support the continued growth and development of the Stockdale & Leggo group. Charlotte works closely with each of our franchisees and property management leaders to provide the customised coaching and training required to advance their business.
