Ali Afsar Nazari

Ali Afsar Nazari has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1998 as a Quality Engineer at Cambrex. In 2001, they moved to Ericsson as a Process Manager Time-To-Market. Ali then joined Infineon Technologies in 2002 as a Staff Expert in Business Process Management. In 2003, they became a Management Consultant and Project Manager at Hitachi Consulting (formerly Celerant Consulting), where they worked on projects in the FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Automotive industries. In 2006, they moved to Cloetta Fazer as a Production Director, Factory Director, and Quality Director. In 2009, they joined Fazer as Director Strategic Projects, Head of Frozen & LSL Fazer Bakery, Director of Finance & Business Development, and Operational Director Fazer Bakery Sweden. In 2019, they became Platschef at Tamro Sweden and Interim Management Consultant at Reach. Finally, in 2020, they joined Interim Management as an Interim Management Consultant and, most recently, in 2021, they became Head of Supply Chain at Stockeld Dreamery.

Ali Afsar Nazari has a diverse educational background. In 1992, they obtained a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, which they completed in 1997. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Sheffield Hallam University where they earned an M.Sc. in Total Quality Management & Business Excellence. In 2007, they obtained an Executive MBA in Finance, General from the Stockholm School of Economics, which they completed in 2009. In 2011, they attended Harvard Business School for a course in Strategic Financial Analysis for Business Evaluation.
