Derya Boyaci is a Food Scientist with extensive experience in sustainable food and packaging solutions. Currently employed at Stockeld Dreamery since November 2021, Derya has previously engaged in various roles, including as a Food Scientist while seeking new opportunities in August 2021, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Lincoln from January 2020 to August 2021, focusing on agricultural waste for sustainable packaging.
