Katy Matheson

Katy Matheson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and investment management. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Group Legal, Capital Transactions at Stockland since October 2022, Katy's prior role was Senior Associate at McCullough Robertson where responsibilities included advising on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and corporate governance for ASX-listed companies. Katy's legal career began with a traineeship at Morton Fraser, followed by various roles including Corporate Solicitor and Legal Counsel at notable firms such as Maclay Murray & Spens LLP and Baillie Gifford. Katy holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, complemented by an exchange program at Tilburg University.
