Rachael Norton is an experienced professional in the realm of human resources and reward management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Stockland since September 2021. Rachael has held various senior positions, including Global Head of Remuneration and Benefits at GenesisCare and Senior Reward Manager at QBE Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed managing reward strategy, governance, and operations for significant employee groups. Rachael's expertise includes providing remuneration advice to executive committees, leading global projects such as gender pay equity analyses and annual remuneration reviews, and contributing to workforce planning initiatives during a secondment at Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships. Rachael's educational background includes a Master of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sydney, complemented by recent completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
