Veronika Zackova

Veronika Zackova is an experienced Change Delivery Lead at Stockland since July 2025, with a robust background in transformational change management from their previous role as Transformation Partner - Change at Woolworths Group from April 2018 to June 2025. Veronika led significant transformations for Metro Woolworths, focusing on operational model changes and Agile methodology adoption, while also managing change strategies for Woolworths Primary Connect and Supermarkets. Prior to Woolworths, Veronika held various managerial and consulting roles at Accenture from December 2006 to October 2016, with expertise drawn from project management and change management at NBN Australia. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Prague University of Economics and Business, supplemented by an Erasmus exchange program at Esade in International Trade.
