Faustine Carves Bideaux

Faustine Carves Bideaux has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Faustine started their career as a Sales Development Representative at easiware, where they focused on client satisfaction and worked with various brands. Faustine then moved on to Toucan Toco as a Business Developer/Inside Sales, where they contributed to the growth of the company. Faustine also had a role as a Stage Communication Intern at MGEN, where they assisted in organizing internal events and updating internal content.

After their time at MGEN, Faustine joined Boucherie Collet as a Responsible for the Catering Department. Faustine then worked as an Hôtesse at VD Promotion, gaining experience in customer service. Additionally, they taught French as a Professor at AIESEC.

Faustine's experience in logistics and operations management includes roles at You2You (now Yper), where they served as Head of Ops, City Manager, and Director of Logistics and Industrialization. During their time at You2You, they managed teams, implemented strategies, and oversaw various operational aspects of the company.

In their most recent role, Faustine worked at Gorillas as a Rider Ops Manager. Faustine was responsible for establishing and managing the Rider Ops department, including rider recruitment, onboarding, supply equipment, and team planning. Faustine also played a key role in developing SOPs and internal communication strategies.

Currently, Faustine is working as an Ops Integration Manager at Stockoss, where they are responsible for integrating operations and ensuring smooth processes within the company.

Faustine Carves Bideaux completed their Baccalauréat in sciences from Lycée Gustave Monod in the year 2013. Faustine then pursued higher education at ISEG from 2013 to 2016 without completing a specific degree. In 2016, they attended Prague University of Economics and Business for an international semester. Later in 2016, they joined ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree by the year 2018.
