Holly Betke

Holly Betke is an experienced educator and leader in people development and training management, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Boise State University since May 2024, focusing on Learning Experience Design in the OPWL Masters Program. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Senior Director and Director of Global People Development at StockX, Holly has directed teams and initiatives in various organizations including GM Financial, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Guaranty Bank. Holly has consistently built and led instructional design teams, created impactful learning programs, and implemented training strategies across different delivery modalities. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Technical Communication from Lawrence Technological University and multiple certifications from Cornell University and Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
