Michael Gotham

Michael Gotham currently serves as the Chief Talent & Recruiting Officer at Stoel Rives LLP since January 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at Perkins Coie LLP from October 2008 to January 2025, including Senior Director of Legal Talent and Director of Attorney Recruiting and Retention. Michael has also served as the Director of Attorney Recruiting at Heller Ehrman LLP from January 2006 to October 2008 and worked at Stoel Rives LLP from May 2000 to December 2005 in roles related to attorney recruiting and professional development. Earlier in the career, Michael was the Director of the Career Planning & Public Service Center at the University of Washington School of Law from August 1995 to May 2000. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Washington State University, as well as studies at Kansai Gaidai University and Cardiff University.
