Nora Hütig

Nora Hütig's work experience begins in 2014 as an Intern in HR Learning & Development at Sparkasse Marburg-Biedenkopf. In 2014, they also worked as a Student Assistant in Further Education at Philipps-Universität Marburg.

In 2017, Nora started their role as a Master's Thesis & Intern in HR at KAMAX. Nora later became a Trainee HR Business Partner at CSL Behring from September 2017 to February 2018.

At CSL Behring, Nora held various roles, including Specialist Talent Development from March 2018 to July 2019 and Senior Specialist Talent Development from July 2019 to November 2021. Nora was responsible for self-leader development, participated in global projects, provided business consulting, and managed trainee programs and university marketing. Nora also filled in as the Head of Talent Development Switzerland from March 2021 to August 2021.

Nora's most recent role, since July 2022, is as a Leadership Development Manager at Stokke. Nora is currently working as the Head of Talent Development, starting in October 2023.

Nora Hütig completed their Master of Arts degree in Educational Science - Innovation and Management at Universität Erfurt from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational Science from The Philipp University of Marburg from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they also completed an Intensive Course in Business Administration at FernUniversität in Hagen. Additionally, Nora has obtained multiple certifications in various fields including People Analytics, Executive Coaching, Leadership Essentials, and Change Management, among others.
