Michelle Hightower

Michelle Hightower has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle currently holds the position of Processes and Technology Lead, Americas at Stolt-Nielsen Limited since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Sr. Business Application Consultant from September 2017 to March 2023.

Before joining Stolt-Nielsen Limited, Michelle worked at LyondellBasell where they held various roles. Michelle was an IT Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst from July 2016 to January 2017. Michelle's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, business analysis, IT solutions implementation, and supply chain management.

Michelle Hightower holds a Masters Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Michelle also has a Bachelors Degree in Social and Environmental Studies, with a minor in Geography from the University of Washington. In 2004, Michelle obtained a Certificate in Leadership Effectiveness and Diversity from United Way of King County (Project LEAD), and in 2002, they received a Certificate from the Seattle Police Department's Academy. Additionally, Michelle has an ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
