Michael Gay has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Michael has held executive roles in various companies, including Stonebriar Commercial Finance, NXT Capital, Banc of America Leasing, and Key Equipment Finance. Michael has also served as a managing director in GE Commercial Finance and FirstLight Financial Corporation. Throughout their career, Michael has built and led successful business units, launched new platforms, and managed portfolios to maximize earnings potential. Michael has expertise in sponsor finance, equipment leasing, and asset-backed term loans, with a focus on large-scale financings for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Michael Gay attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science.
