Lynn Kelly

Lynn Kelly serves as the Manager of Government Relations at Stonehenge Capital. In her role, she leads the firm’s efforts to develop public policy and advocate for legislative programs at the local, state, and federal levels. Most recently, Ms. Kelly served as a Policy Advisor at the White House, where she focused on policies to expand workforce training and education. Prior to her time at the White House, Ms. Kelly worked at the U.S. government’s development finance institution, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).
