Kyle Heath

Kyle Heath joined Stonemont Financial Group in 2021 after working as an Acquisition and Asset Management professional at Fort Capital, a Texas-based institutional manager of industrial real estate. During his time at Fort, Kyle oversaw the asset management of a portfolio of 3.3 million square feet of industrial assets. In addition to his asset management responsibilities, Kyle was also instrumental in the acquisition of 1.5 million square feet of industrial real estate.

Prior to his time at Fort Capital, Kyle was an Analyst within the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman, Kyle evaluated over $4.6 billion in potential equity and debt investment opportunities across multiple product types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily, condos & timeshares) and business plan profiles (core, core-plus, value-add & development) throughout the United States and Latin America.
