Thomas Howard

Thomas joined Stonemont Financial Group in 2019 after working for HFF as an Analyst. At HFF, Thomas was a member of the investment advisory team and was primarily responsible for underwriting and marketing various industrial and office properties. Thomas also participated in numerous debt and equity transactions, including equity joint ventures and recapitalizations across all property types. During his time at HFF, Thomas worked on over $940 million of investment advisory, debt, and equity transactions.

Thomas graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, while also completing an internship with Tavistock Development Company in Orlando, Florida.
