Martin Jalakas

Martin Jalakas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and supplier development. Currently serving as the Global Commodity Quality Manager at Stoneridge since October 2020, Martin provides specialized commodity knowledge and training to regional Supplier Development Engineers, collaborating closely with the Global Commodity Strategy Manager on supplier qualifications and assessments. Prior to this role, Martin worked at Ericsson from January 2011 to October 2020, advancing through various positions including Supplier Quality Lead Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer, focusing on ensuring compliance with quality processes in the PCB commodity group. Martin also has experience as an Inbound Supply Management Specialist and Supplier Quality Technician. Martin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2018 and 2021.
