Ramon Avina is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing, primarily in the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Stoneridge since November 2019, Ramon has previously held senior manufacturing engineering roles at Nexteer Automotive and Brembo North America. With a robust background in CNC processes, equipment launch, and manufacturing cell development acquired during tenure at companies such as TRW Integrated Chassis Systems and Delphi, Ramon has demonstrated a commitment to process optimization and engineering support. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and multiple associate degrees in Drafting & Design and CNC Programming from Lansing Community College.
