Dawn Boniol

Dawn Boniol is an experienced professional in claims operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of Claims Operations at Stonetrust Commercial Insurance since June 2020. In addition, Boniol has been a member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) since January 2019. Previously, Boniol held multiple roles at LWCC - Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation from 2007 to June 2020, including Claims Operations Supervisor and Claims Quality Assurance Administrator. Prior experience includes a position as Team Leader at Progressive Insurance from September 2002 to September 2007 and serving as a Police Officer III with the Louisiana State University Police Department from August 1998 to September 2002. Boniol began a career in law enforcement as a Sheriff Deputy at the Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff's Office from June 1995 to August 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Louisiana State University (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the same institution (1994-1998).
