Po-Yun Lam

Po-Yun Lam is a seasoned professional in customer experience and e-commerce, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience at StoneX Group Inc. Previously held various managerial roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Ecommerce Manager, Digital Engagement Manager, and Search & External eCommerce Manager. Po-Yun began a career in marketing as a Marketing Production Administrator at Gerrard Investment Management, a subsidiary of Barclays Group, and also worked as a Marketing Assistant at the London Business Innovation Centre. Po-Yun holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Commerce from Middlesex University, completed between 2000 and 2002, and a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution, earned from 1997 to 2000.
