Simon Bale

Simon Bale is a seasoned Programme and Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering complex initiatives across the financial services and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as Programme Manager (Senior Director) at StoneX Retail since March 2021, Simon leads the global rollout of investment products for retail customers. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Icon Solutions, where Simon managed an Instant Payments solution for a tier 1 bank in several European markets, and Project Director at AIG Life, successfully delivering a life insurance proposition for a UK Government body. With a breadth of expertise from positions at companies such as GBST, FNZ, SWIFT, MasterCard, and Intrasoft International, Simon possesses strong skills in project lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton and a Btec in Computer Studies from Amersham College.
