Paige Evans

Paige Evans has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Manager in Charge of Service at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill since August 2014, with expertise in smallware, hosting, hiring and development, service, and bar management. Paige has also played a significant role in opening two locations as a corporate server trainer. Prior to this, Paige graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in service management, focusing on restaurant management, business management, and environmental studies. Additional experience includes a summer internship at the University Club of Chicago, where skills in management and communication were developed, as well as early roles at Lifetime Athletic and Fitness 19, providing foundational customer service and operational skills.
