Simon Miller

Simon Miller currently serves as the Director of Policy and Communications at Stop Scams UK, where responsibilities include building a comprehensive policy framework and strategic communications to combat scams, collaborating with major companies and regulatory bodies. Previously, Simon held various influential positions, including Cabinet Member for Economic Growth and Housing Development at Waltham Forest Council, where oversight of a significant £4bn investment pipeline was undertaken, and Head of Government Affairs at Three, where engagement with policymakers and regulators was a key focus. Additional experience includes leading policy initiatives at the Leveson Inquiry, the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, complemented by a strong academic background, including a PhD in History from The University of Sheffield.
