Abubaker Varachhia

Abubaker Varachhia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Non-Executive Chairman at Spear REIT Limited since September 2011, Varachhia also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Stor-Age Self Storage and Alpha Plus Capital, where involvement includes participation on the Investment Committee. From April 1990 to April 2019, Varachhia was the Chairman of the Board at LDM Quantity Surveyors. Varachhia earned a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town.
