Richard Malyon has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Richard started their career at David Lloyd Leisure as an Operations Support Manager, where they were responsible for pool and spa operations, budget management, and marketing events. Richard then joined DC Leisure Management Ltd as a Duty General Manager, overseeing the operational aspects of a leisure center and managing a team. Next, Richard worked at the deVere Group as an International Financial Sales advisor, offering financial advice to expatriates. Richard then joined the forum company, where they served as the Business Development & General Manager, responsible for managing multiple brands and providing event and catering services. Currently, Richard is working at Stor-Age Self Storage, where they have held various roles including Area Manager, Regional Manager, and Head of Operations.

Richard Malyon's education history includes obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Leisure Management + Sport Studies & Event Management from Farnborough College of Technology between 2002 and 2004.
