Aimo Kettunen

Aimo Kettunen has a diverse and extensive work experience primarily in the human resources field. They have held various roles at Stora Enso, starting in 1984 as a Senior Supervisor and progressing to roles such as HR Manager and HR Employee Relation Manager. Aimo has also served as a Project Manager and Production Manager. They joined Stora Enso Oyj as Director of Local HR in 2012 before transitioning to HR Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner roles. Currently, Aimo is working at Stora Enso as VP People & Culture for the BU Fresh Containerboard and also has experience as a Global People & Culture Partner. Overall, Aimo has a strong background in HR management and extensive experience in the Stora Enso organization.

Aimo Kettunen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Technology from Imatra Institute of Technology in the years 1990 to 1993. Later on, they completed an MBA in Strategic Management from LUT between 2007 and 2010. Aimo has obtained additional certifications in various areas such as talent measurement and training.
