Karyn Boniface

Karyn Boniface is an accomplished leader in product development and innovation, currently serving as SVP Product and Innovation and SVP Innovation Research and Development at Stora Enso since May 2021. With extensive experience at Stora Enso Wood Products from 2018 to 2021 as Head of Product Quality, Karyn established a world-class quality culture through the implementation of common frameworks and best practices. Previous roles include National Technical Services Manager and Technical Development Manager at Archer Daniels Midland Company, where Karyn successfully managed technical strategies across multiple flour mills and led quality management initiatives. Karyn's career began with positions at Cadbury plc and Southern Fresh Milk Co., following the completion of a Bachelor of Science with honours in Food Science from the University of Otago.
